To design the Alosra Employee Handbook. The handbook should be something the employees want to read, keep, and refer back to time and time again.

Our Solution

We designed a handbook that encourages Alosra employees to think proactively. As they read through the manual, they are invited to interact with the material, promoting an involved way of learning about the Alosra values.
